I got an "Error 90" Message, what should I do?
If you receive an Error 90 message when trying to apply, please try the following:
1. Clear your internet browser's cookies and cache. Depending on your browser, you'll find this information referred to as “Browsing Data,” “Browsing History,” or “Website Data.” To clear the cache in any browser except Safari:
• Open your browser and then pressing CTRL, SHIFT and DELETE all at the same time OR if you are using a Macintosh computer, press CMD, SHIFT and DELETE.
• When the Clear Browsing Data window opens, ensure that the Time Range says “All Time,” and then click “Clear now.”
2. Use a different web browser. For example, if you are using Google Chrome, try using Microsoft Edge, Firefox, or Safari.
3. Use another device. Try applying with your smartphone, tablet, or another computer.
I was kicked out in the middle of the application process, what should I do?
If you were kicked out in the middle of applying, you should try to apply again later. The VALife application does not save any information until the application is submitted, so you will need to start from the beginning of the application.
I got a message saying that I cannot proceed with my application, what should I do?
